The hydrological regime of the lake, vertical and horizontal distribution of salinity and water temperature, chemical parameters of water: pH, content of dissolved oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, nitrite nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, phosphate phosphorus, silicon, chorophyll, production and destruction were studied.
The microbial plankton community, its vertical and horizontal distribution in the lake in spring and summer were studied. The following parameters of phyto- and zooplankton were studied: species composition, density, biomass, distribution features. Studies of the seasonal variability of ichthyoplankton (spring, summer, autumn) were conducted: species composition, density, distribution features. The current state of macrobenthos is described; changes in species composition over the past 20 years, the structure of bottom communities and distribution features with depth. Surveys of lake ichthyofauna in the coastal area were conducted.
