The meeting showed that scientists and packaging manufacturers can jointly find ways to create and promote modern environmentally friendly packaging necessary for the sale of fish products with high added value.
At the same time, a tour of the aquarium and scientific laboratories was organized for the guests, where they learned how to determine the age of fish by otoliths, got acquainted with the NMR resonance device for analyzing the composition and quality of food products, as well as a line of innovative VNIRO compound feeds for aquaculture.
