One of the invited speakers was Nikolay Kutsenko, Deputy Head of the Srednevolzhsky branch of the SSC RF "All-Russian Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography" (VNIRO). The event was dedicated to the prospects for the development of the fishing industry in the Volgograd region and the involvement of qualified specialists in the industry.
During the open discussion platform, the speakers outlined the key vectors of fisheries development: the introduction of innovative approaches to improve the efficiency of aquaculture, the creation of favorable conditions for infrastructure development and a systematic increase in commercial fish production, which will create demand for qualified personnel.
