In the course of the research, scientists took zooplankton samples from the water areas of reservoirs and ichthyological samples from the water intake chambers. The results showed that zooplankton typical of reservoirs in the Perm Region enters the water intake chambers without signs of anomalies or rare species. At the same time, juvenile fish or their fragments were not found, which indicates that there was no negative impact on the early stages of ichthyofauna development during the observation period.
The next stage of monitoring is planned for the winter period of 2026-2027. It will allow assessing seasonal changes and forming a more complete picture of the state of aquatic biological resources in the intake area.
