The "Fish and Lampreys" section was developed by Olga Moreva and Alexey Klevakin, specialists from the Nizhny Novgorod branch of VNIRO.
The Red Data Book of the Nizhny Novgorod Region is published at least once every 10 years. For thirty years, it has served as an effective tool for the conservation of rare animal species: it allows us to monitor the status of populations, determine work priorities, and select the most effective measures for their protection.
