VNIRO at the Baltic Forum

In late September and early October, the 13th International Baltic Maritime Forum and the 14th National Scientific and Practical Conference with International Participation, "Food and Marine Biotechnology," were held at the Kaliningrad State Technical University.
 
Kira Rysakova, Head of the Laboratory of Chemical and Analytical Research at the Center for Environmental Monitoring, Polar Branch of the All-Russian Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography (VNIRO), presented a report on "Chitinizing Capacity of Benthic Microbial Strains from the Kola Bay Litoral."
 
The Baltic Maritime Forum is an annual international scientific and practical event that brings together a series of scientific conferences, roundtables, and workshops dedicated to the development of science and education in the maritime sector, industry, and agriculture in the Baltic region.
 
The Forum aims to exchange scientific and technological achievements, expand cooperation, and develop effective algorithms for implementing innovative ideas in shipbuilding, information technology, aquaculture, ecology, agriculture, food biotechnology, aquatic bioresources, and healthy food technologies.
 
The Forum traditionally discusses key scientific and technological trends shaping the development of the modern domestic and global fishing industry.
