The round table "Russian aquaculture in 2026 Challenges and current challenges" was held as part of the conference. The participants listened to about 20 reports and visited the UZV complexes of Severnaya Aquaculture LLC and BLK-Fish.
The speakers of the event represented different cities of Russia (Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, Kaliningrad, Belgorod, Smolensk, Petrozavodsk, Murmansk, etc.).
The topics and issues raised during the discussion by the conference speakers remain relevant to the industry. They discussed the role of the Murmansk Region in the development of aquaculture, regional specifics of the process organization, modern technological solutions for cage fishing enterprises and agricultural enterprises, the transformation of the Russian fish feed market and the problems of growing planting material, promising species in Russian aquaculture and ensuring the veterinary well-being of aquaculture enterprises.
During the conference, four sessions were held on various topics with colleagues from the North Sea Territorial Administration of Rosrybolovstvo, the Murmansk branches of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Glavrybvod and APK NATSRYBA, the Veterinary Committee of the Murmansk Region and entrepreneurs from different regions of Russia.
