The event brought together leading experts, industry specialists, aquatic bioresource product manufacturers, and representatives of companies in the production and supply of equipment, packaging, sanitation and hygiene, and functional food additives. Over three intensive days, they discussed topical issues ranging from quality control and new technologies to consumer trends and technical regulations and standards. The conference featured 180 speakers from 29 regions of Russia, as well as from Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
Specialists from the Polar Branch of the Russian State Research Center "All-Russian Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography" (VNIRO) participated in the conference.
They presented a report on "Achievements and Prospects in Standardization of Frozen Fish Food Products" and an article on updating yield standards for aquatic invertebrates from the Barents and Norwegian Seas.
The articles will be published in the conference proceedings.
