During the lecture, students got acquainted with the regulatory framework, as well as practical issues of its implementation in the Vologda region.
During the conversation with the students, the issues of protection of aquatic biological resources and their habitat in the organization of fishing, construction, reconstruction and operation of various facilities, as well as the implementation of restoration measures to compensate for the damage caused were discussed.
