In July, 3 joint expeditions started their work. Scientists from the Russian Federal Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography took part in them  (VNIRO).

Greenpeace Russia will take part in the third issue of orcas from the Srednyaya Bay to the Sea of Okhotsk. Such an agreement was reached during a meeting with the Russian federal research institute of fisheries and oceanography (VNIRO), which held two previous stages of production.

Three more orcas released

After loading in Srednyaya Bay on July 11 and transportation during 5 days to Cape Perovsky, all animals are safely released into the Sea of Okhotsk.

According to satellite tags installed on animals, both killer whales, released on June 26, remain together.
