Canned liver of aquatic mammals presented at the meeting of the VNIRO Tasting Council

On March 27, a meeting of the Tasting Council of the State Research Center of the Russian Federation "All-Russian Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography" (VNIRO) was held. Samples of canned fish "Larga Liver Pate" presented at the tasting were manufactured by IP Borisov V.V. (Magadan) in accordance with the requirements of TU 10.20.25-413-35313404-2021 "Canned goods. Liver pate of aquatic mammals". Sterilization modes have been developed and approved for the new range of canned goods.

In addition to larga liver, the canned goods include such components as carrots, onions, vegetable oil, butter, dry milk, allspice and ground black pepper. The new range of canned goods is a nutritious high-protein product intended for consumption by various groups of the population.

Expert tasters assessed the quality of new products made from the liver of an aquatic mammal living in the northern waters of the Pacific Ocean and gave their recommendations regarding its labeling.

Following the examination of the submitted documentation on the products and the organoleptic evaluation of the samples, the Tasting Council decided to assign the assortment mark to the canned goods "Larga Liver Pate".
