During the expedition, ichthyological materials were collected to determine the size and age structure of the herd of local ichthyofauna and parasitological analysis, hydrobiological samples were collected to assess the state of the food supply.
The state of amateur fishing on the lake Sartlanandlake Chaney has been studied. The majority of amateur fishermen concentrated on small rivers flowing into lakes, canals and bays of reservoirs.
The materials collected during the expedition are being processed in the office, the information obtained will be used to develop a forecast of the permissible volume of withdrawal of aquatic biological resources in lakes Chany and Sartlan.
