The objectives of these surveys are to collect information and monitor the distribution, abundance, quality and reproduction of the ichthyofauna of the Ivankovo Reservoir.
Objectives of the survey: selection of ichthyological material for biological analysis of fish from the Middle Volga Reach.
Sampling was carried out with three fixed nets, each 90 m long and 1.8 m high. The mesh size of the networks was 35 mm, 45 mm and 55 mm.
The obtained samples were transferred to the branch scientists for further processing in the laboratory.
