Specialists from the Perm branch of VNIRO conducted summer monitoring observations on water bodies in the Perm region

During June-July, studies were carried out on the Kama and Votkinsk reservoirs, the Sylva, Chusovaya, Tulva, Lenva and Yaiva rivers.
 
At the water bodies at the control points of observations, specialists from the Perm branch of the All-Russian Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography (VNIRO) collected samples of phytoplankton, zooplankton and zoobenthos, carried out fish and ichthyolanthon fishing. Water temperature, dissolved oxygen content and pH were also measured.
 
The research catches were dominated by such fish species as bream, roach, perch, white bream, pike perch, crucian carp and bleak. In the catches of amateur fishermen - bream, perch, bleak.
 
The studies were carried out within the framework of the state assignment. The data obtained will be used to assess the state of aquatic bioresources and their habitat and to prepare materials substantiating the TAC.
