The gold medal and diploma of the exhibition were awarded to the merits of VNIRO in organizing and holding the international scientific and practical conference "The fisheries complex of Russia: problems and prospects of development". This conference has become a platform for a productive dialogue between science and society, with the involvement of foreign scientists as experts. The discussion of topical issues of the development of the fisheries industry, its place in the Russian economy and vectors of further growth attracted the attention of not only scientists and businesses, but also the general public.
