Volchikhinskoye and Novomarinskoye reservoirs have been replenished with young carp

On August 14, employees of the Ural branch of the All-Russian Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography (VNIRO) took part in the work of the commission of the Lower Ob territorial administration of the Federal Agency for Fisheries on the implementation of state control over the implementation of measures for the artificial reproduction of aquatic bioresources.
 
As a result, more than 15 thousand specimens of carp were released into the waters of the Volchikhinsky and Novomariinsky reservoirs (Sverdlovsk region) with a minimum weight of 20 grams.
 
The Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Sverdlovsk region D. M. Mamontov took part in the stocking.
 
The released juvenile carp fish, grown at the Chebarkul Fish Plant CJSC, which passed veterinary control, ensures the preservation of the biodiversity of the Ural reservoirs.
