The Antarctic expedition completed another stage of work and the STF “Atlantida” went to the Falkland Islands to Stanley for fuel bunkering. On the way, the ship was caught in a severe storm. The professionalism of the crew members and the coordinated work of the entire team made it possible to cope with the elements and arrive at the place on time.
On January 17, the ship approached the bunkering berth of the port.
The crew members and the scientific group were able to visit the city, walk along the embankment, see local attractions.
On the morning of January 18, the ship departed from the pier and took a course to the Antarctic part of the Atlantic to continue research work.
