On February 19, STF “Atlantida” made its second call to the Falkland Islands at Port Stanley.
From the sights this time, the attention of the scientific team attracted a large three mast ship located in the water area of the port, and a colony of magellanic penguins in the surrounding bays.
After bunkering and replenishing food, the ship on the same day went to sea to continue research work. This time it is necessary to work in a complex weather area located north of The Southern Shetland Islands (Southern part of the Drake Strait).
